SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
UK Standard delivery (2-3 working days) costs £5.95. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Dispatch may take longer during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales.
Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will take 3-5 business days from date of dispatch, while deliveries to other international countries may take up to 7 business days. All European orders will be charged a flat rate cost for shipping of £20. US and Rest of World orders will be charged a flat rate cost for shipping of £30.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return for free. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges, if you require a different size, please return your item for a full refund via our usual returns process and UK Returns Portal and re-order in the correct size or in an alternative style.
Any item returned must be in a perfect unworn, unwashed and saleable condition, with all garment and care tags still attached and in it's original packaging. UK returns can only be processed via our UK Returns Portal even if purchased in person, e.g. at a Pop-Up Shop. Items purchased in person at our annual Archive Sale, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
If returning all items in your order, you must also return your complimentary WK. totebag with your order for your return to be accepted. If your totebag is not returned, charges will apply.
Please note that returns can take up to 10 working days to process after they have been delivered back to us. Once processed, it can then take a further 10 days for the your bank to issue the funds to your account.
We cannot take responsibility for any items you are returning until they have reached our warehouse. Please see our UK Returns Portal for further information or do please contact us at hello@wiggykit.com.

Online Flash Sales
Items can only be purchased at sale prices for as long as the sale is live on the website. We are unable to adjust the pricing retrospectively on orders placed prior to or after the sale period. Shipping charges (where appropriate) will apply to separate orders and orders cannot be combined. Once an order is placed we are unable to amend it, and so recommend reading the product descriptions carefully for any sizing advice. Due to high demand and the increased volume of orders received during our sample sales, shipping may be slightly delayed. We do not offer free returns on sale items. UK Returns are charged at £6 and International Returns are charged at £20. All items must be returned via our returns portal and the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
